Ive had my xbox one for about 2 years and about 3 months ago i got console banned for vilation of terms and conditions when I never did anything wrong and I just been waiting to see if it would ever get unbanned by itself but it hasent and all I do Is watch
Netflix and YouTube and sometimes played games get back at me my email is *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. ***

there really not much to be done beside file a complaint for message he sent you, this way the enforcement team can actually see what he text you and determine if he or she broke the rules. I hope my response help.

There is a person on xbox who has been constantly stalking me and trying to boot me offline for no reason. He won't leave me be. I blocked him and he still messages me, his gamer tag is Mrr Wifi he wont stop stalking/harassing me.Sir, he needs to be off
xbox live he has bullied me on my other account mulitple times, hes a modder and has a booter/botnet and likes to hit people offline. I have already blocked him again and he told me if i type his gamertag he'll ban me. where can i write them a message so the
Enforcement team can see it. He tried to DDos Attack me before and *** my IP this person has to be stopped on xboxlive.

The XBLPET doesn't reads the forum posts anymore since 2015

If that is a device ban you should know that device bans are issued only for severe violations and they are permanent with no possibility for review.

The enforcement team don't use the forums & it doesn't matter what support thinks,xbox live enforcement is nothing whatsoever to do with them.

the only thing you can/need to do is to report the person via the tools on the console, like mentioned here:
enforcement.xbox.com/.../HowTo

Reporting the user is the only way tgat will result in the Enforcement team to investigate, just be aware that this may take some time.

Side note: It is not allowed to name and shame in the forums.

This has been a reoccurring issue with the XBLEPT where after a ban has been carried out that the ban still remains active. You can not submit a case review of the incident because the date has already passed. Xbox Support is telling people to post on the
forums because there is nothing they can do, and there is no way to contact the XBLEPT. So in efforts to fixing the issue what do you suggest people do?

Follow the troubleshooting steps

Power cycle the console

Even delete and redownload the profile

Enforcement doesn't read these forums it's not their job

What the XBLEPT has been doing has been tacking on a 3 month addition to people for communication bans, for what reason I have no idea, and they are not telling anyone or notifying the account holder of the extension of the ban. You can't submit a case review
on this either so there really is nothing that you can realistically do. Xbox Support will tell you to make a post on the forums, but the XBLEPT doesn't monitor the forums.

Same thing has happened to me. It's really quite amazing that they can do this to so many people and get away with it.

And you should remember as an Ambassador you should be less condescending seeing as you are representing Xbox.
