XBOX Enforcement Please HELP!

Good Morning,

My name is Chris and I go by the username RLGHTYRAVIDA on Xbox Live. For the last several months I have been having an issue with another player who has been sending rude messages about me and my wife to every person I play with. I stream on twitch and average
about 60-80 viewers and am getting close to partnership with them.

Messages have included things such as [Mod Removed]and many others like this. He is banned in my chat but is able to still watch because twitch doesnt have a way of stopping them from watching. He can see the names of every person i play
with and he just sends them messages while we are playing.

This user has numerous accounts that he does this on but the two most frequent are
[Mod Removed]

Today alone i played with 3 viewers and in under 5 minutes they received almost 20 messages.

I had all of them report the spam abuse as I always do, but sadly nothing has happened. The enforcement team has failed and frankly, this person truly does deserve to have a console ban, and thats what i want to see happen. Messages of him using sexual and
racial slurs to try to upset me. My wife is Japanese and he seems to go towards that route most of the time.

I have contacted Xbox Support via phone numerous times only for them to tell me that they cant do anything about it and they keep telling me to report the person via XBL. Well, I have reported him numerous times and there are probably 200+ reports that have
been sent in but nothing seems to be happening. The most recent message I received before i blocked this user was on July 8th where he sent just a couple of emojis. But the spam to other players has been ridiculous and something needs to be taken care of.
The other day on twitch he sent me a message saying "[Mod Removed]" which i found to be quite frightening. I know you cant do anything about the twitch issue as that is another company but I am begging you to please take care of this on your
end and issue both a console and IP ban for this user.

I have a reference number for when I called Microsoft on the 5th time. That reference number is
[Mod Removed]

Hello and yea I was wondering it the XBL enforcement team would please read this and help me out
Last night I was playing black ops when it said dissconnected from Xbox live profile signed in elsewhere and then it said my profile was suspended and then a second later I tried to sign in on one of my other accounts and then it said I had been Console Banned and I was wondering if I could get some information on why this has happens
My gamer tag was-(Stealth Servers) guys please comment and help me out it would really help me out

The XBL enforcement team probably won't read this - you should contact XBL support. The person who signed into your account probably did something very bad to get your account Console Banned - the only other possibility is that you were Console Banned to keep your details secure and that you should contact Microsoft.

The enforcement team does not use the forums. As long as you have filed complaints on them, the enforcement team will investigate, but it does take time. Calling out other gamers is not allowed on the forums. Filing complaints on the console is the only
way to report them to the enforcement team.

As long as you keep the current gamertag in case you need to redownload stuff, any gamertag operating on the same console that the DLC items are licensed to should be able to play them. Only avatar items are not usable by other tags.

Try holding down the power button until the console turns off, unplug the system, plug it back in, then turn it on. Every now and then it just needs to resync after a suspension.

I understand you need help on your enforcement action.

Any player that meets the following criteria can submit a case review:

Has an active enforcement action.

The enforcement's duration is greater than 24 hours in length.

The enforcement was issued in the last 12 months.

If your suspension is 24 hours, sadly it does not meet the criteria and you cannot file for a case review.
