Xbox Enforcement Please Help

I guess I post this here. I received an email in forming me of an Xbox Live enforcment action on my account. I have tried reading through the enforcement site and contacting support through the Contact Us button. I was sent by them to the forums because
they don't know anything about the enforcement cases. I would like to talk to someone in the enforcment department because the only way I see to do this outside of here is to file a case reveiw which I would but my case doesn't meet the requirements for a
review. I don't even care about the ban specifically it is the fact that I have no idea what I did to earn it that bugs me and without the ability to talk to the department that makes the desision on these matters I am left feeling that I have been tried
and convicted without ever being read the charges against me or represented in the course of the precedings. If I don't know what I did then how do I know what not to do in the future and if you say, "Read the code of conduct" I would respond I have and believe
I have made no violation. I have been a member of Live for over 10 years and never had an issue with enforcement before. I would like the chance to reveiw and if necessary defend myself. The ban will be over before anything gets resalved to my satisfactions
but that isn't the point. It is the principal of the issue I am more concerned with. I have been cussed out, threatened and even recently called a lame retard on Live yet nothing has been done about that to my knowledge and as I said this is 10+ years of
playing online on Xbox Live. I admit that in the past I have responded to these attacks but for the most part I have let it go. But now am accused of violating something along these lines because the ban is on communication. I would appreciate a response
to this post from someone in or incharge of enforcement. Thank you.

I need help it said my console was banned(PLEASE READ)

Hello and yea I was wondering it the XBL enforcement team would please read this and help me out
Last night I was playing black ops when it said dissconnected from Xbox live profile signed in elsewhere and then it said my profile was suspended and then a second later I tried to sign in on one of my other accounts and then it said I had been Console Banned and I was wondering if I could get some information on why this has happens
My gamer tag was-(Stealth Servers) guys please comment and help me out it would really help me out

The XBL enforcement team probably won't read this - you should contact XBL support. The person who signed into your account probably did something very bad to get your account Console Banned - the only other possibility is that you were Console Banned to keep your details secure and that you should contact Microsoft.

 

Due to the nature of enforcement, your security and privacy (we do not have access to this information), you can only liaise with enforcement directly in regards to any decisions made.
