Xbox Enforcement Please Help Me

Hi my account was suspended forever The GamerTag Is ForbiddenPilot for something i never did i contacted Xbox Enforcement i did the case review and you never helped me you just told me what happen and i know what happen and
i never got your email and if i did i cant find it i just want my games and account back i spent so much money on my account and i think its unfar to punish me for something i never did Please PLEASE CONTACT ME !!!

I need help it said my console was banned(PLEASE READ)

Hello and yea I was wondering it the XBL enforcement team would please read this and help me out
Last night I was playing black ops when it said dissconnected from Xbox live profile signed in elsewhere and then it said my profile was suspended and then a second later I tried to sign in on one of my other accounts and then it said I had been Console Banned and I was wondering if I could get some information on why this has happens
My gamer tag was-(Stealth Servers) guys please comment and help me out it would really help me out

The XBL enforcement team probably won't read this - you should contact XBL support. The person who signed into your account probably did something very bad to get your account Console Banned - the only other possibility is that you were Console Banned to keep your details secure and that you should contact Microsoft.

The enforcement team does not use the forums. If you already submitted a case review and they upheld their decision, there is nothing else you can do.

Hi, im just saying they most likely banned you because of you editing your avatar skin color. plus editing your gamerscore.... im not trying to sound rude here or anything. but they didn't ban you for no reason. although i do feel your pain man. but if you
start fresh just dont edit your avatar/gamerscore and you should be fine.

File a complaint via the console and block communications. Despite what phone support says, calling out other gamers is not allowed on the forums.

If you feel threatened in real life, you can call the police, although most people online will say anything just to scare you.

The enforcement team don't use the forums.

You are never told the result of a report you file so have no way of knowing whether someone gets suspended or not.

On very rare occasions you may get a thank you message from the enforcement team but this does not happen often.

The code of conduct has been pretty much the same since xbox live began & no,not everyone breaks the rules.

If you don't agree with it then why did you agree to follow it?

They are a easy set of rules to follow & the majority of xbox live users have no trouble following them.

Trash talk is fine,it's what you say that can get you into trouble.

You received a 100 day suspension due to multiple suspensions by the sounds of it,next time it will probably be a permanent ban.

If you keep getting suspensions then it's not because the enforcement team being biased towards you,it's because you keep breaking the rules.

Just report & block anyone harassing you online,do not respond.That way you don't get suspended & they will be investigated.
