Xbox enforcement please go away

why did they create the xbox enforcement thing don't they know being vulgar to other is part of being a gamer and this is basically telling us to never get mad because when your mad at someone you tend to use vulgar language

I have permanent ban suspension without a date to tell me when it will go away

I got banned from xbox live for telling people they are trash in the game destiny. I didn't know that was against the rules. I wanted to know when my ban will go away. On the enforcement page, it doesn't give me a date when the effect will go away. Can someone
please help me figure out when it will go away

 

Exhaustion won't go away, please help.

So one of my community members is exhausted (-60 stamina). It says 'remove fatigue by allowing the character to rest at home'. The member does not appear to be sleeping on his own so I took control of him and walked up to a bed. I then selected the 'Change
Character' option which says 'switch to another survivor in the community so that this one can regain health and recover from fatigue and trauma.'

Easy enough. After selecting that option it shows a 1s progress bar and allows me to switch to another character. However my exhausted member does not appear to sleep and still has the exhaustion status after several minutes...

Is this a BUG or am I doing it wrong??
