Xbox Enforcement Phone Number

Hi Everyone. I heard from someone that enforcement has a phone number. But I read alot of your guys repsonses and you said it can't be used for case review. If I said "To inquire about any rule, you need to give them a call at
[The enforcement teams number] (Please note that this number cannot be used for suspension inquiries)" Would that be OK? Not that I need to ask, I mean I can do what I like but I just didn't want all of you to get mad. Thanks

There is no phone number for the enforcement team. The only way to contact them is by submitting a case review at
http://enforcement.xbox.com if eligible.

 

H there I was wondering if you can take away my suspension and I know that is a stupid question. Me amd my friend were just messing around and said “I am going to report you” in a jokingly manner and he accidentally did so plz if you able to take away
my suspension that will be amazing

 

The ONLY team that handles suspensions are the enforcement team. The ONLY way to contact them is through their website enforcement.xbox.com and filing for a case review.

 

Sorry, but no one here on the forums can address issues dealing with enforcement actions. Also The Enforcement team does not monitor the forums.

You will need to visit Xbox's enforcement page to find out any information about your current case.

I was banned when I was not on. My friends said that they didn't do it but they are the only ones who have my account and would probably do that. Is there any way I can get unbanned?

 

As stated above, you can try submitting a case review at
http://enforcement.xbox.com but you are responsible for your account at all times. You should also not that it is a violation of the code of conduct to share your account information with anyone else. So your friends should not have access to your account.

 

The Enforcement Team are cowards. Even XBL's Hadji Support member threatened to hang up on me because I was yelling at him. Anyway, **** xbox, **** microsoft. I suggest the Enforcement Team sleep with their doors locked.

 

People usually do threaten to hang up if they’re getting yelled at.

 

The enforcement team do not have a phone support team and official support have no connection with enforcement.
