So I got banned for the first time on 6/21/19.

I was playing For Honor online 2v2 duels, I was solo so I got paired with a random teammate the other team consisted of another person and an AI. During the first round of the match I lost to the AI which then made it a 2v1 on my teammate it costed us the
round. My teammate [mod removed] then started being really toxic calling me names and cursing me out, I do not have a mic so I wasn't able to communicate with him. As we continue playing the match he gets DESTROYED by the AI which made him to continuesly be
toxic. We ended up losing the match so I messaged him and called him a [mod removed] and "punk [mod removed]". So since I messaged him instead of being able to talk through voice chat, [mod removed] then reported my message to get me banned.

So now I'm banned for using the word [mod removed] twice.

[mod removed] used every word in the book and was a literal BULLY and he gets to have the power to get me banned over that.

I think this whole situation is stupid and I wish I didn't send the message, but I think it's sad that people of the community can't respond and defend themselves without having the repercussions of being banned.

The enforcement team does not use the forums. To see about submitting a case review on your suspension, you would need to go to http://enforcement.xbox.com You would need to file
a complaint on the other user via their profile in order for the enforcement team to investigate them as well.

Hey man I know it is incredibly frustrating and disheartening to hear stuff like that and it is equally as hard to have the self control not to engage in the same behavior. I totally understand. Just please use this as an opportunity to instead report/mute
him/another gamer without engaging in the same tactics. Hopefully it was a short ban but if it was longer than 24 hours you may request a case review.

The best thing to do in that situation is not retaliate. I know it's frustrating and you should still block/report/mute people like that who display toxic behaviour.

You could as well ask if "normal people" can arrest other people and put them in jail.

The answer is no.

Normal people/xbox live players can report people to the police/Xbox Live Enforcement, and then there is an investigation.

If the police/Xbox Live Enforcement find that the reported person broke the law/Xbox Live Code of Conduct, the police/Xbox Live Enforcement will arrest/suspend the person that broke the rules.

So normal people can report, but not actually ban people. The banning is done by real people in the Xbox Live Enforcement team after reviewing evidence that is usually automatically sent in with the report.

Xbox enforcement people are horrible at there job they wanna suspend people for speaking freely it's called freedom of speech but not here on xbox they suspended me for calling someone a [Mod Removed-Profanity] which that means xbox enforcement
team is hateing on people who speaks the truth because most the people on xbox get all upset and hurt because you say something they dont like it's getting old xbox enforcement hate on people. We need to start a petition and have people sign it so stop enforcement
from suspending people over speaking freely because we have the right to speak freely
