Xbox Enforcement Not Improving the Community

    Hello,

This is my first post and I apologize if this has already been a topic. I am only here to express my concerns of documented cases I have had personally with Xbox Live and was wondering if any changes are actually being planned to improve the community.
My Xbox is shared within my household and I have personally gone through the process of my account being suspended and the appeal process for communication bans. These have been situations where I was personally involved and situations where it occurred with
a member of my household. I have agreed with many of the punishments given by the enforcement team. However, I have also found them to be extremely lazy and inefficient. Not only is there no possible way to contact a member from the enforcement team to
find out the circumstances of a situation, but their method of punishments and making improvements in the community do not work. I have witnessed many younger players getting punished for the same reasons over and over again and instead of trying to learn
what they did wrong or fully understand what they are doing they find loopholes by making multiple accounts or using curse words that are misspelled and other methods to avoid punishment. There are also tutorials online that are easy enough to teach young
children how to attack someone's ISP by using the party feature in Xbox Live. I understand that these are complicated issues and am not expecting to see a change over night. However, you are not doing enough and not providing a clear and accurate message
or even a message people actually try to learn from. I have multiple documented cases of reporting players and blocking them only to have them use other accounts to harass and also launch attacks to my ISP. Numerous messages asking for sex even when they
were notified that the person playing was underage and the enforcement team never sending a notification that anything was done. Cases where Xbox Ambassadors have abused their privileges. I have even set accounts to block all messages and invites and have
found people using loopholes in your services to continue harassment. Please let me know if you do plan on doing anything to actually improve the community or if you need people to help you find better resolutions. Thank you for your time.

    :)

They get punished for the same reasons over and over again because they haven't read the terms of the service they have signed up to. As for making multiple accounts to try to dodge bans, ultimately they won't work.
Have their account suspended too many times and they'll be hit with a console ban. Each console that connects to the network has its own unique Console ID and serial number, there's no way to change these or hide them from Microsoft. Get permanently suspended
and all digital purchases on an account are forfeit, get multiple suspensions and the console is banned from connecting to Live

There are also tutorials online that are easy enough to teach young children how to attack someone's ISP by using the party feature in Xbox Live. I understand that these are complicated issues and am not expecting

There's no way to prevent these attacks completely, but you can avoid this happening by simply never joining one on one chats or games with people you don't know. Join some one in a party and using easily obtainable PC software, they can find your IP address.
If you're in a group of people, there is no way for your IP to be individually targeted as these programs only show IP addresses, not Gamertags. There is no way to ascertain who's IP belongs to whom. And I must emphasise, these attacks called Denial of Service
are done using a computer, they are not conducted using another Xbox console.

Numerous messages asking for sex even when they were notified that the person playing was underage and the enforcement team never sending a notification that anything was done.

The Enforcement team don't send notifications on enforcement actions, its policy.

Cases where Xbox Ambassadors have abused their privileges.

Ambassadors are just regular gamers, they don't have any privileges.

Hello! enforcement team can't be directly contacted in order to maintain it independent. Whenever you see a violation make sure to report it. If a user makes multiple accounts, I believe the enforcement team is able to ban the console.

It's hard to know how much Enforcement has improved the community. It could be that thousands of trolls have been blocked and stopped from ruining it for normal people. As you say, they don't tell us what they've done so we don't know. Maybe we're better
off not knowing! But what they can't do is stop people actually being jerks in the first place. Jerks gonna be jerks, to paraphrase a wise suman being. That's true in any place or situation. All you can do is move on and not get dragged down into
being one yourself. I think what MS is trying to do as well as the actions of the Enforcement team though is try to make Xbox a better place by providing ways to do just that. There are clubs, for example - you could even make one yourself and make sure trolls
get booted as soon as they show their faces. Just facilitate people having a good time. Like the Ambassadors do ;)

I disagree with your statement. Without some type of monitoring the community would be almost unbearable. It is unfortunate that there has to be something that this in place. Why can't people simply do the right things and there would be no need for
    an Enforcement Team.

Disappointment with the inefficacy of enforcement team, should they reorganize and restructure themselves?

I think better communication from the enforcement team could be improved.
