XBOX ENFORCEMENT NEEDS TO IMPROVE

I admire the Xbox brand, but I'm disappointed. Yesterday, 5/24, I was suspended for the first time and enforcement.xbox.com does not give me the reason. I never gave any reason for that to happen. I've always done my part as a player and member of the Xbox community.

I am really uncomfortable with the simple fact that even though I did not give reasons, I was suspended, I cannot know why, I cannot open a case review and I have still been removed from the ambassadors. Meanwhile, there are Clubs (which I always made a point of reporting) that import videos and photos of almost naked women, share account links with "adult" photos, multiple profiles that keep sending messages saying that they produce 18+ content, cases of people who they insult others in every way and profiles that promote defilement (which I won't even go into details). All of that are still there.

I know you can't filter everything, but this is a lack of care and respect for those *who take life seriously*.

And please update the enforcement.xbox.com page.

It's a pity that has to be like that, because I would really like to know what I did to get a suspension and be removed from the ambassadors, since I never did anything to give reasons.

Should be noted that if it is a 24hour suspension then no it isn't appealable as it would take longer then the suspension to do a case review

Is there any way I can contact XBLPET? Because there is no suspension history or anything like that on the enforcement page.

I had the same problem last night. It really is a joke. We play "mature" games that swear, promote violence and play on servers that promote drug use and show nudity.... which as an adult, I have no problem with. But, then we play with people who get ***
over the littlest things and decide they want to report us. We get banned and have no option to reverse this ridiculous "ban". Its laughable, really. I literally looked for an hour for a support number to call, good thing I didn't find one, because I probably
would have been banned for life with what I had to say. How is it ok to play a game.... any game... that you shoot people in the face and the characters in the game say "naughty words" but yet, they expect us not to say naughty words.

Is this something serious ? It can't be.

Some months ago, a guy was teamkilling me and we lost the game because of him, I asked if he had mental problems and this guy simply sent my IP and the city I live in and threatened to just kill me and guess what ? I reported that guy and HE DIDN'T GOT BANNED.

People can send me everything they want, they can insult, they can send not only **** but onlyf4ns links, use +18pictures and things like that, if I respond back, I get a 7d ban or the enormous 3month

Again, is this system a joke ?

Are the prople behind this system joking too ?

Don't get me as an angel, I already got a suspension or two that I deserved and then I corrected myself to never do or say something similar again, but to see people being racist, cussing at others freely, threatening others like it's nothing, as an almost 15 years Xbox player I feel that they don't care anymore about the community's security.
