    Recently i have been given 2 communications bans on the basis of ''Harassment'' when all i did was question why a certain player didn't play properly or ruined the game, then i got reported and due to me having a record i assume it just automatically went
    through.

    Anyway the point of this post is to say that Xbox Enforcement needs change, it needs a proper justice system where the perpetrators(people who receive the bans) can talk face to face with an ''Enforcer''(representative of Xbox) and have a fair chance to
    appeal the sentence.

    If you have ever had the awful experience of receiving a ban you know that the only way to focus your anger is to apply for a case review.

    This shows just how pointless this method is:

    Point 1 is the wording by XE(Xbox enforcement) for why i have received the ban

    Point 2 shows my case review

    Point 3 shows the ''very thorough'' conclusion that they came up with

    1. ''This account engaged in inappropriate communications. This activity may include harassment, abusive language, hate speech, profanity, disruptive or offensive language, spamming, or other inappropriate uses of Xbox Live communications features. Temporary
    suspension impact: For the duration of the suspension this account cannot use Xbox Live communication features, including in-game and party chat, messaging, video communications, game play broadcasting, sharing content, and Skype on Xbox One.''

    2.Hello, I am the account owner of -- for which I have received a 2 week ban. I would like to appeal this decision as unjust. Firstly I would like to know what is the basis of this decision. Personally I have no recollection of sending any abusive or otherwise
    messages to any other player. I have however, recently reported some players for unsportsmanlike behaviour such as feeding and team-killing and I have made the users aware of this. Is this not acceptable feedback to give?

    None of this is true, firstly i never said anything racist of remotely threatening to any player i know i haven't if i did i wouldn't put in a case review, secondly like anyone else who has probably received one of these i want proper proof unfortunately
    for ''Osiris'' at this point word-of-mouth isn't going to do it for me i need concrete evidence.

    The point is i see this as a very cowardly way to act as they just sit behind these usernames and allow no chance for a proper solid appeal. also naming yourself after a Egyptian god and a smite character doesn't give you anymore authority but hey its a
    username

    What I would Improve:

    1.When you report someone on Xbox live i would like to receive an email of what happened after just simply to know if any action was taken i know sometimes you get the odd message or you can stalk them to see but i think its only fair.

    2.Like i said face to face Microsoft own Skype for crying out loud allow a user to properly appeal to a Enforcer and talk it out.

    3.Xbox needs to look at High Report rate, i have had a whole Rainbow Six team report me for team killing after i shot one of them y accident ad he didn't even die, they guy got annoyed at me in chat invited me to his party i said that they should calm down
    and i got banned the next day. EOS

    If you did read this thank you i honestly just want to improve Xbox as an experience.

    I am also very happy to take any criticism as i know that these are my ideas and someone disagrees, im fine with that.

    The same question with you. I already change Xbox 360 consoles, gamepad, and battery; but no change any results. I think the system updated make force feedback of gamepad become weak.

    If someone is trash talking you to your breaking point and you're ready to flip.

    One: Report them

    Two: Block them so you don't have to deal with it

    Three: Take a break for a little bit to calm down

    I know it's annoying when someone is trolling you or I guess bullying is some cases but you need to know when to block and report them!

    Microsoft allows trash talk though. The link to the Community Standards I provided above has examples of acceptable trash talk, and when things get taken too far into harassment.
