    Xbox Enforcement needs to be fixed NOW


    I think everyone on these forums is getting tired of Microsofts handling of enforcement right now. The whole system has been bugged for over a month now WITH NO FIX IN SIGHT. People are getting frustrated for permanent suspensions for little things. YOU WILL LOSE VALUABLE CUSTOMERS OVER THIS IF YOU DO NOT FIX THIS PROBLEM ASAP. WE WILL SWITCH OVER TO THE COMPETENT COMPETITION. PEOPLE WILL BE DISCOURAGED PEOPLE FROM BUYING XBOXES WHEN WORD GETS OUT THAT MANY ARE GETTING PERMANENTLY BANNED FOR PETTY THINGS.

    I was suspended over a stupid argument with a troll goating me. Said I was permanently banned. The Xbox Enforcement website isn't even working to see or understand what is going on. So I called up support, they are the only ones who can tell you how long your suspension really is since the whole system is down. They said my suspension was only 3 days. ITS BEEN NEARLY FIVE DAYS NOW AND MY SUSPENSION HASN'T LIFTED. WHAT IS GOING ON MICROSOFT?

    My name is welcome to the community.

    Hello J, unfortunately there does seem to be an issue at the moment, where a load of players are receiving permanently bans instead of temporary bans on their accounts and it not showing up on the Enforcement site.

    Microsoft are aware of this and are in fact trying to sort this out.

    What I can suggest for the time being, is to wait a few days and hopefully you will be back to normal.

    Sorry to hear that, but I find it surprising that he hasn't been suspended yet because people get comms bans all the time for much more subtle things being said.

    Not sure what else you can do if you've already reported him. Set your profile up to only accept messages from friends.

    Does Twitch have a way to report players or viewers?
