    Xbox enforcement my messaging is broken but it says I haven't been banned or suspended


    Ok so since november I have not been able to messages. When I go to the enforcement home page it says my history is good ( I can't review a ban) however when I try and send messages on Xbox.com It says "because of your past behavior you can't send messages."
    Which is odd because as I just mentioned it says my history is fine. I have tried everything you could possibly think of to fix this. I really need someone to respond and tell me what to do because this is really annoying me. Numbers of people message me expecting
    me to respond but I never can because of this issue. I have contacted xbox support a total of 4 times and the last person I contacted said they can't do anymore therefor I need to contact Xbox enforcement. Please help this issue needs to be resolved,

    Suspension

    I was just suspended from my Xbox Live account (14 days), and when i go to the website enforcement it says that i was cheating, but i haven't been cheating.

    Hi there please I need help I can't send messages on xbox live but I can recieve them it says i need to go on supportxbox.com/fix-messaging ive done that says i could be band but ive check my enforcement ban rating and it says I have a perfect rating and
    ive never been banned. Please help me enforcement team this has been like this for so many months i just wanna reply to my friends Xbox enforcement my messaging is broken but it says I haven't been banned or suspended :( .

    haven't gotten any message,email or recent enforcement history on why im banned and i can see my xbox one is banned when i log onto it saying this console has been banned from live and it says its permanent also talking to 5+ staff members from support saying
    they can see the console has been banned on the 31 august

    Unreasonable XBOX Live Communications Suspension

    What about when say im getting alot of grief through voice chat and have no record of it if i report it will they get banned...

    One rule for one person and another for another. Its stupid. Might aswell ban everyone for breaking the code because everyone does it. Regardless of if they are using voice or text chat. Everyone has broken the code at some point!!
    I haven't broken the code of conduct and haven't been suspended in over 11 years on Xbox Live.

    But to your concern: If you report grief through voice chat, be aware that Enforcers can drop into a multiplayer session or party chat, if reports happen, and they can and will suspend people if they violate the terms of use or code of conduct there.

    Until that happens, do NOT respond to those griefers or trolls. Use the console's block feature, to block those specific profiles that harass you, and have the Enforcement Team handle the rest.

    yes I've gone to the enforcement website but its telling me I have no prior offense and says I have no bans.

    when I'm attempting to sign into my xbox it comes up with a message saying I'm permanently suspended hence my confusion

    Suspension is still quite unclear

    I haven't had a console ban, i can i still play and use it on other accounts, and this was the first ban i know of. The problem i have is that i don't know when i will be un-suspended as my console says its permanent but the enforcement says 2 weeks and this whole situation has been stressful and really all i can do is hope.

    forced ban on others

    There's nothing such as a forced ban. A user can report you, and then the enforcement team will review the case, and If you are found to have broken the Xbox Live Code of Conduct then you will either be banned or suspended.
