    i get on aout 2019 a microphone ban for 7 days . now 2020 my microphone are still not working on my principal account . on my secondary mic is good .

    im talkig with the "agent" xbox : 2 per day same response :

    -im playing on xbox

    ( chat agent online xbox are a bot ? )

    but still same problem microphone not working on my prinicpal account

    Keep in mind two things if you had recent enforcement issues you will not be accepted till 1year after the end date

    Also they are very picky on who they accept to maximize the beta testing rather then first come first serve
