    hello xbox and microsoft i want to speak to [Mod Removed – Personal Information]
    hes a member of the xbox live policy enforcement team because after 3 years i will still fight to get my main account unbanned please because i will make this a international incident Now that i lost all dlc and game data by formatting
    my 2 TB hard drive i couldnt transfare everything its all your fault your hole team its WAR ��

    If you are talking about an xbox one.

    Formatting the HDD on it will not change if a profile has that console set as its home console or not so as long as the console is still set as the profile that is banneds home console then the games and everything that it owns would still show up in the
    ready to install section of my games and apps and be able to be redownloaded to the console and any other profile on that console would then be able to play those games.
