    Xbox enforcement issue - Cannot see the detail or duration


    Both my son and I have received an e-mail stating he has an Xbox live enforcement action against him. However, upon logging in I can find no detail. He is unable to play at the moment so I am sure there is something against him but we cannot tell what
    it is or for how long. Can you help?

    Hi, to find out why an account is banned or suspended you need to log in on enforcement.xbox.com. From there you should be able to find the info you need.

    Since you seem to have the parent account connected to your son's account, you have to go to
    https://enforcement.xbox.com and sign in with your parent account to see the enforcement details.

    That's where you'll see the type of ban, the duration and if you can appeal it. Support cannot assist with issues of bans or suspension.

    It appears there's an issue with enforcement page/action and there's no way to confirm bans as the page itself won't show the details of the enforcement.

    I know it isn't ideal but what I can advise is that you hold on a few days until the issue is resolved so you can sign in and check the true status of your account on the enforcement page.

    Are you referring to an enforcement action? Please check your account through https://enforcement.xbox.com/ website. If you have an active suspension, you should see there the details, duration and when will it end.
