    The xbox enforcement team are real **** idiots. You say you don't support bullying but whenever I get harrased the person keeps going. But as soon as I do a little trash talking I'm banned instantly, all of you are dumb **** **** and need to reevaluate how

    game. So **** you Xbox, and I swear if I get banned one more time for your idiocy I'm destroying all Xbox and Microsoft objects in my area.

    Filing a complaint via your console is the only way to contact the enforcement team,you can't talk to them personally.

    Hello, Enforcement is a department apart from this Community and Xbox service, is not possible for us to access to your account and Enforcement details to check or handle with your ban or suspension.

    As this forum is public viewing and unfortunately as independent consultants we do not have access there is some data or your account, we cannot specify the actual reason or verify precisely what the reason for your suspension or ban or remove your ban or suspension.

    That is the only way to appeal your suspension. Retaliation is never the appropriate response to harassment on xbox live. It's always best to report the user and move on.

    I understand where you’re coming from however the Xbox Enforcement Team does not use these forums. You can check on the enforcement website to learn more about your suspension but they won't
    give you specific as per the terms you have agreed to in the beginning and its also for privacy reason and prevent further retaliation. For information about your account suspensions or bans sign in at this site with your account at https://enforcement.xbox.com



    Only an actual person from the Xbox Live Enforcement Team can impose or remove a suspension or ban on the account. - "Despite what some may claim, Xbox Live Policy
    & Enforcement Team will never ever ban anyone “for no reason”. Suspensions always occur as a result of a specific Code of Conduct violation.

    Code of conduct violations encompass a number of situations, including, but not limited to:



    • Engaging in communications that claim or imply that you are Xbox staff
    • Having a Gamertag or profile content that contains hate speech or profanity
    • Using in game exploits to gain an unfair advantage over other players
    • Hacking, Modding or Cheating
    • Marketplace theft



    If you want to contact the Xbox Live Policy & Enforcement Team you can file a Case Review - You can't file a Case Review if the suspension is less than 24 hours or you failed the questionnaire.
