Xbox Enforcement is irresposible and help trolls more than good players

Hello to all of you adult Gamers on Xbox, I have been playing on this platform for over 10 years now and my spouse and I have launched a community and a YouTube channel that is growing at a very interesting pace. However lately we have been encountering
a redundant problem, in spite the fact that our community encourages proper Communications, and rejects all forms of racism sexism or hatred. We keep receiving Xbox Communication Bans. Not only are we never given an explanation for the van but we keep receiving
them over and over again in spite of the fact that I guarantee you we do not promote any hate speech.Our Club on YT however does contain the B word in it. Our club is an 18 plus Club, our stream is an 18 + stream, and all of our members are adults. It is
becoming increasingly clear that Xbox does not support adult gaming communities and the calm bands are hindering our efforts to grow as a channel. I've majored in ethics and education so I am convinced I can know the difference between an unethical and an
ethical conversation. The fact that Xbox applies and enforces these bands without giving any explanation is completely irresponsible and is a major discouragement for anyone who wants to make a living using this platform. The least they could do is explain
exactly why the ban was applied, to ensure that you do not repeat the same mistake in the future or help clarify that you are being banned for no good reason. This is a paid service, the least they could do is give us an explanation or they're abusive Behavior.
I am not a child and I should not be treated as such by a company who gladly takes my money. There should be an adult space for Xbox players where we are not found by ridiculous censorship. What do you guys think have you encountered the same problem lately.
In all my years I have never been banned and now in the last month I've received three. This is becoming ridiculous, all my games are under this label they should not have the right to censor Us in this manner without any explanation. They need to be held
accountable for their abuse. I do not believe we deserved any of these compounds and if we do, we do deserve an explanation that is the least this company could do for us.

First off i am sorry to head this , it can be very frustrating i agree i think alot of moderation is automated im always reporting generally bad players ie rude unsporting etc they never seem to face action but ive has friends who have been banned for
things like screenshots of games containing rude images but it was a game , my honest opinion is voicing your opinion was a good call and perhaps MS will see this , but secondly dial it down bite your tounge and keep content Family friendly bud all the best

They will never give out a reason as to why you got a ban except for the type of ban. Not sure as to why you are getting them repeatedly. You can always go to the
enforcement site and review the suspensions. If they are longer than a day can file a case review.

It seems that some of your adult followers might take offense with some of your wording, and they keep reporting you. Enforcement isn't actively watching your every post, they only go investigate if someone reports the post/message.

Easiest solution is to stop using words or phrases that can be offensive in any way.

As far as censoring you, it's Microsoft's playground, you agreed to the terms of use.

For information about your bans, you would need to go to http://enforcement.xbox.com The enforcement team have been known to explain more about the ban with a case review.

Otherwise, those are the rules you agreed to when you joined Live. While games themselves are rated, everything else on Live has to remain E for everyone. So even though you want to invite people who are 18+ to join you, you all still have to follow the
same rules you have agreed to.

First of all, I refer to the first reply. Secondly with trolls 99% of them are annoying, but don't reach the point of actual harassment. Third, Leisurely dropping the B word to help promote your youtube channel does nothing for Microsoft. If you get reported
for communications, you may want to re-think your youtube platform approach if you want to operate through the xbox one. As mentioned earlier you agreed to the terms of service. Not to be harsh, but I use to stream, and I had to watch what I say because it
is much more closely watched by both the general public and the enforcement team alike.
