Xbox Enforcement Injustice

I have owned my xbox one for several years and I have finally had it with false reports. In just the two months that have passed, I have been communications banned for no reason. This time my blood was boiling and I even requested the reason I was banned
this time. Before I begin, I need to say that I haven't had a working mic in months and I avoided trash talking all together. The week I was banned, I didn't even play video games!! I watched Hulu and Youtube and outta nowhere, i'm banned. I filed my case
review which was of course not lifting my ban, and I asked why I was banned. This is where I raged because it said "racial slurs" I have never used a racial slur over xbox randoms since Xbox 360 and that was a different account. Again, I have no mic so i couldn't
talk and I went over my messages. Not ONE racial slur. This is obviously a lie and this is what the Enforcement Team stands for. The only messages I sent before the ban was to my Halo clan members about meetings, and requesting fights in Tekken 7. Not ONE
racial slur. This shows that someone who I possibly beat reported me just because I won and it worked because there is no review of these cases before they take any action. Is this what Xbox has become? It's actually possible to look down a list of players
and report any one you want to and it will work. This needs to be Reworked with real investigators

Injustice of Enforcements

The thank you message from the enforcement team is actually pretty rare and not given out every time they suspend someone. So just because you don't receive a message doesn't mean they didn't look into it and take action.

 

There is no time limit on when you can be suspended for a offence.

It could of been for something you did months ago.

Messages are only stored for 30 days before they are automatically deleted.

Any report is investigated before a suspension is issued.If you have filed for a case review than it means that it has been investigated twice,most likely by a different person/persons.

If the decision was upheld then there is nothing else you can do.

 

So I can be reported for something I never did? I don't use racial slurs in real life so I definitely won't on xbox because I know there will be consequences.

 

You can be reported for something you haven't done.

I suspect the majority of xbox live users have been reported for something they haven't done at some point,i know I have.

You wont be suspended for something you haven't done though.
