    Xbox enforcement has got this wrong


    I got banned yesterday for communication so I carry on playing without my headsets because I can't chat to anyone online or any of my friends and today I receive a banned for harassment abuse and threats can anyone tell me how can that be if I have not got
    my headsets in

    Xbox enforcement has got this wrong

    Simple.Bans/suspensions are very rarely instant.

    Your 2nd suspension would be for something you did weeks before your first suspension was even issued.

    I got an email saying I was under enforcement but nothing happened.

    I got that same email but it actually got my account suspended, I did nothing wrong on Xbox. I think Xbox enforcement thought I did something bad or they ban the wrong person.

    Since it's a 24 hour suspension, all you can do is wait it out. You are responsible for your account at all times.

    Well for one you shouldn't let anyone use your account, not even your brother. That in itself is a violation of the code of conduct. If you share your console, and he has a habit of using it without you knowing, then you would want to set it up to password
    protect your account.

    The enforcement team don't care who is actually on the account. They just care what account violated the terms.
