Xbox enforcement (Gamertag)

4 days ago, i got my gamertag change by an generated gamertag. Xbox send me a message on my xbox account and told me to go on the xbox enforcement site. So i did go on this site and I have done an appeal. Then they told me that the decision was upheld. What
does it mean ? Can i change my gamertag for free? or do i need to pay 10$ to change it.

Does anyone have a problem with my Gamertag?

Just curious if the gametag MyKneeGrows82 offends anyone and why? i have been a loyal x-box player for over a decade, and suddenly after thousands of people seeing my gamertag, and not having a problem with it, enforcement changes my gamertag, which by the way does not include any of the things that they say it shouldn't, so am i being singled out as an example? i don't see how showing proudly my race in my gamertag is a problem. Any thoughts on whether or not this should be possible for enforcement to do when the gamertag is in violation of none of the requirements of the enforcement&policies agreement whatsoever.

You should really read the terms of use if you don't know why that's not offensively or at least use common sense

 

I dont really see how my name offensive to someone. They could give a chance to change it because i couldnt know that my name who is not offensive could offense others.

 

It's the last part of the gamertag that would be the violation. Tags don't necessarily have to be offensive, they just have to violate the code of conduct.

 

I find it hard to believe you didn't know that the last word of you gamertag was extremely offensive.

Either way,as per the ToU/CoC you agreed to if you want to change the tag you have now then you will have to pay.

google the last part and pretty sure in French it does come up with the same results in any language and pretty sure it's spelled the same way in French and I'm Canadian French was mandatory

Please use common sense it's really not that difficult

 

Xbox live is an international community of gamers so the Code of Conduct rules apply internationally. What is offensive remains as such in every language in this case that applies to french as well.

 

That word is just as offensive in French as it is in English.
