XBOX ENFORCEMENT DEPARTMENT

I would the enforcement team to contact me. Support told me that this is the only way that is possible to attempt to contact them. I need more explanation than what they gave in their decision to ban my club.

You'll have to have like 20-50 reports to have him banned. I've reported on hackers, modders, the works and a lot of the time nothing ever happens. So I call the Report function my "Feel better" button.

I got hit offline by a hacker named: [Mod Removed]. He kicked me and my friends off our WiFi and then we couldn't get back on for about 25-30 minutes. Once we got offline we looked in theater mode in Black Ops 2 and saw he was somewhat afk
and that was when we lagged and then got hit off. We looked at his profile and noticed he hadn't even played 1 year and has 180990 gamerscore and has over 50 games with every achievement. We called Xbox and they told us to call our internet providers and we
did and they told us they couldn't do anything. But the rep from Xbox told me to post this on the forums. PLEASE BAN HIM.

Which department would I contact in microsoft as I was made to beleave they had no say in the matter

Enforcement are the only department that can deal with Enforcement matters...they are an isolated department which is not influenced by any other. Support cannot do anything as they have no access to Enforcement.

Only way is via a Case review and you will need to await the outcome on that

So lets see exactly what the first amendment to the constitution of the US says:

"Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government
for a redress of grievances."

So the part that we are dealing with (freedom of speech) says that CONGRESS shall make no law abridging the freedom of speech. It says nothing about a private company on their own servers making rules that you agreed to
abide by from stopping you from using their services.

The M rating in games are for co-op play only and not rated and are really only for retailors selling the game can not sale to minors.

The xbox live service is supposed to be E for everyone.

Lets look at this example if you want to talk about freedom of speech would be a good example of a private company and a place that should be E for everyone.

Say you walk into a Chuck E Cheese and just start yelling and screaming and cussing. Do you not think you would be kicked out of the establishment? Or would you scream freedom of speech.

They would have every right to kick you out of their establishment because they are a private company. and if you dont leave and they call the cops you'd probably get arrested for disorderly conduct.

You would need to go to http://enforcement.xbox.com to see about submitting a case review. Free speech does not apply on Live. You agreed to the code of conduct when you singed up. If you violate that code, they
can change your gamertag.

You should not post your phone number on a public forum.
