Is there any way to discuss the suspension for xbox feedback? Seems like a completely arbitrary decision as I called someone [Mod Removed-Profanity] after a game and received a suspension for two weeks. Meanwhile the people filing false
reports, being toxic, and even sending homophobic comments have had no action taken against them.

The game in question can be incredibly toxic, and yet I have not received any report feedback for over a year. I regularly receive trash talk, abusive comments, homophobic slurs, and self harm, but no notification that these people were banned. Meanwhile,
calling someone [Mod Removed-Profanity] for being toxic and
[Mod Removed-Profanity] is not allowed because it offends disabled people? Completely ridiculous, if enforcement won't take action against these people why do they expect gamers not to defend themselves?

Sorry to hear about the situation, but the Xbox live
code of conduct is there to create an environment that is friendly for everyone! Xbox is a very family oriented company! There are many children who play Xbox as well and the
code of conduct is set in place to encourage good sportsmanship and positive communication!

Xbox live is an online service regulated by rules
as every online service. (Just because a game is a higher rating doesn't mean younger people don't play it)

Just remember that you are allowed to say and do what you want, but there will be repercussions for voiding the Code of conduct
(Do not be a toxic player and use profanity or bad behavior, because you can be suspended for that).

If you run into a toxic player then Report, Block and Ignore the user, and do not engage them.

(Enforcement does not see anyone as Defending themselves, they look towards the Code only.)

Case Review. (If
the suspension is for 24 hours and less, then it will not be available. If the case is Upheld then, you will have to wait till the suspension is over.)

A game might be rated M but Live is rated E for everyone.

For people who send you messages please just report and block them. Just because you are not informed does not mean action has not been taken. There is zero reason to respond to people who do this.

I can all but guarantee you that those terms were not in the ToS I agreed to when I created my tag 10 years ago.

If this is how microsoft community enforcement works, with actual enforcement administered totally arbitrarily and a "[Mod Removed]" model of case review, they might as well be telling us to buy consoles from Sony.

enforcement.xbox.com/.../HowTo & ask for a case review but I wouldn't hold out much hope of getting that tag back.

It's quite easy to see why it would be considered offensive even though you think it's a joke.

The only way to contact the enforcement team is by submitting a case review on the
enforcement site if you've been suspended. Otherwise there is no other form of direct contact. If you're having problems with another player, you would file a complaint on them via the
console.
