XBox Enforcement Class-Action Lawsuit

Good evening everyone. I am beginning a class-action lawsuit against Xbox, Xbox Live and Microsoft, INC. I am seeking individuals who would want to join in this endeavor. Xbox has allowed children to file false reports, and make false accusations about adult
players. This has caused many adults, playing adult games, to be suspended for erroneous reasons.

I was recently suspended due to excessive reporting. I had my communication privileges revoked. The following day, I had my entire account suspended. I am a school teacher. My students decided to report me on multiple occasions because they thought it would
be a funny prank. It isn't.

I attempted to file a review with Xbox, but nothing has come of it. Thus, I am now paying for an account I can't use. The frustration is at a pinnacle. I am not going to tolerate this type of action from Xbox.

Xbox does NOT appropriately investigate these claims, nor do they take action against everyone. Thus, they are discriminatory and negligent in their actions.

Charged By Xbox live twice, but "Xbox gold membership expired"?!

Apparently, there is a class action law suit for this exact thing, because its happened to allot of people..

man have you even tried to call the customer service or go through an official channel? Something other than a social space? Might want to try calling before you make legal threats on a forum post.

 

Doesn't matter how many reports are filed against you,all reports are investigated & you will only be suspended if you are caught violating the ToU/CoC.

They do take action against everyone they catch breaking the rules.

There are no such things as "adult games" when it comes to the online side.

Age ratings on games do not apply to the online side,something every game with online tells you.

The age rating only applies to the single player & means someone under that age can not buy the game,it does not mean they can not play that game.
