Xbox Enforcement - Case Review

So I filed to have my enforcement action explained to me today. This is what I received afterwards:

"Thank you for your inquiry. This suspension was issued following an

investigation that included consistent community feedback which helped

establish a pattern of repeat negative behavior. A service suspension

was deemed necessary due to a failure to correct this extensive pattern

of behavior. During this suspension, the account will be unable to

access the Xbox Live service, including social features and online

multiplayer. Additionally, given this pattern of behavior we have also

issued a 7-day console level multiplayer suspension, a 30-day

console-level communications suspension, and revoked this account’s

communications privileges for 100 days."

Not only did he NOT explain it to me, he ADDED A 100 DAYS TO THE SUSPENSION. NOW I HAVE BEEN BANNED FROM TALKING TO LIFE LONG FRIENDS ON XBOX LIVE. THIS IS LITERALLY MY ONLY HOBBY. THIS IS WHAT I LIKE TO DO. I ADMIT TO TALKING SMACK. YOU CAN DISABLE MY MESSAGES
FOR NON FRIENDS BUT THIS IS RIDICULOUS. HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO WAIT HALF A YEAR TO TALK TO FRIENDS AGAIN? HOW IS THIS JUSTICE? THIS IS LIKE GOING TO COURT FOR A MISDEAMNOR THEN BEING CHARGED WITH 2 FELONIES OUT OF NO WHERE. THIS IS DOUBLE JEOPARDY. I ONLY WANTED
TO TALK TO SOMEONE ON XBL ENFORCEMENT TO HAVE THEM EXPLAIN TO ME HOW I WAS MULTIPLAYER BANNED FOR "THREATS/HARASSMENT" WHILE I WAS COMMUNICATION. I DIDN'T KNOW YOU COULD HARASS SOMEONE OR THREATEN SOMEONE WHEN YOU CAN'T SPEAK. THIS WAS WHAT I WANTED EXPLAIN
TO ME. NOTHING MORE, NOTHING LESS. NOW I AM BANNED FOR HALF A YEAR ON AN ACCOUNT THAT I'VE EASILY SPENT $3-4 THOUSAND DOLLARS ON. WOW I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO SAY. I HAVE MAJOR DEPRESSION AND ANXIETY, XBOX IS A GOOD OUTLET FOR THAT. NOW WHAT AM I SUPPOSED TO DO?
CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME? IF YOU ARE GOING TO BULLY ME LIKE THE KIDS THAT REPORTED ME THEN DON'T REPLY PLEASE.

ya I have moved on from Xbox to ps4 the only real loss is not playing pubg but I purchased it from steam on pc last night and put my Xbox up for sale on fb sale site

It is meant to prevent you from accessing live with secondary accounts you only have one option that is to wait it out

 

He did explain it to you

Not just one but many pattern meaning this wasn't your first time and wasn't just one report

You are accountable to the rules just like they were

You block and mute and re port that's it

And no it doesn't matter who starts the fight if you retailiate in anyway that violates the terms of use you will be punished as well

You don't get it do you

It doesn't matter who starts the fight it doesn't make you immune to the rules

When suspensions are issued it doesn't matter if you currently are in suspension or not

Any further violations that occured before you were suspended will be added after the first suspension

Meaning you serve one type as you go then more are stacked on if more violations occured

Feel fortunate it wasn't a perm suspension

Change your behaviour before it's too late

Someone is insulting you

Block it is that simple don't reply as it unblocks them

Provide feedback like avoid me communication etc

The tools are there for you to use

99.9% of live can get along and have no enforcenent issue why can't you?

Using secondary accounts to harass the said players after being.mutrd does show bad behavior and no if you been denied a case review there is nothing you can do but fix your behaviour of

 

I have blocked a countless number of people. I report a select amount of players within the Gears of War 4 community for harassment/bullying. Nothing ever happens. I got fed up with it. Lost my temper. Now I am banned for 100 days. I am very depressed from
this. I can't talk to friends I have known for 10 years which I talk to on a daily basis. I should feel lucky I was permanently banned for wanting an explanation? Wow.

 

You should feel lucky for them not to perm ban you for repeat behaviour

What domt you get about the explaination it's pretty clear cut to me

To most people too

REPEAT VIOLATIONs meaning multiple violations of the terms of use.

Eregious violations can lead to a ban

As the agent told you

It occured during the investigation of your account meaning past violations that wasn't reported

Your enforcenent history comes into play too

Communication and harassment violations so spamming said users is harassment

It can be from months ago

Either way it is due to your history

One enforcement will not earn you multiple violations

Multiple infractions will earn you additional suspensions

So if this isn't your first case which he did mention

Your suspensions get longer

However more infractions they found and hadn't added suspended you for them will be added to the end of the first one

You may want to read the code of conduct

You must be rated e for everyone at all times

And you should already know this in life

It doesn't matter who starts the fight you are accountable to the rules

 

According to your email, the Enforcement staff member clearly stated that your account has
repeated patterns of negative behavior, and enough people have been reporting you for it to indicate that this is indeed a problem.

Trash-talking (whether it is your "hobby" or not) is generally a violation of the
Code of Conduct, especially if it is profane or harassing. Consistently breaking that rule is going to result in an account suspension sooner or later.

I don't know what kind of help you're seeking here, but if anything, the support forum is unable to assist with unbanning your account.

Thanks, I didn't know being at work was the same as being online on a video game playing against people you don't know.
