Xbox Enforcement Case Review Doesn't Exist

So, I woke up this morning and noticed a message on Xbox live after logging on that told me I had been given an enforcement notice (whatever the hell that means)

I logged into the enforcement site and read the reason for my 1-day ban on Xbox live.....so I was rude to another player who was rude, arrogant and childish to me...so what?! I seriously got banned for a day because I did what EVERYONE does on Xbox live?
Grow the hell up Enforcement team.

I've complained about players doing much worse than swearing in a typed message and yet those players haven't even received a slap on the wrist let alone getting banned!

Because this was unbelievably unfair I tried to request a case review, only to find that the " Apply For Case Review" area doesn't exist! There's no button for it and no way to argue or dispute this stupidity.

I want my account back and cleared of everything ASAP. I did nothing wrong, everyone swears online and most players do a lot worse than swearing!

Console banned for no reason

He did explain it to you

Multiple violations.

Not just one but many pattern meaning this wasn't your first time

It doesn't matter what you think

You are accountable to the rules just like they were

You block and mute and re port that's it

And no it doesn't matter who starts the fight if you retailiate in anyway that violates the terms of use you will be punished as well

It doesn't matter who starts the fight it doesn't make you immune to the rules

When suspensions are issued it doesn't matter if you currently are in suspension or not

Any further violations that occured before you were suspended will be added after the first suspension

Meaning you serve one type as you go then more are stacked on if more violations occured

Feel fortunate it wasn't a perm suspension

Change your behaviour before it's too late

Someone is insulting you

Block it is that simple don't reply as it unblocks them

Provide feedback like avoid me communication etc

The tools are there for you to use

99.9% of live can get along and have no enforcenent issue why can't you?

Using secondary accounts to harass the said players after being.mutrd does show bad behavior and no if you been denied a case review there is nothing you can do but fix your behaviour of

You should feel lucky for them not to perm ban you for repeat behaviour

What domt you get about the explaination it's pretty clear cut to me

REPEAT VIOLATIONs meaning multiple violations of the terms of use.

Eregious violations can lead to a ban

As the agent told you

It occured during the investigation of your account meaning past violations that wasn't reported

Your enforcenent history comes into play too

Communication and harassment violations so spamming said users is harassment

It can be from months ago

Either way it is due to your history

One enforcement will not earn you multiple violations

Multiple infractions will earn you additional suspensions

So if this isn't your first case which he did mention

Your suspensions get longer

However more infractions they found and hadn't added suspended you for them will be added to the end of the first one

You may want to read the code of conduct

You must be rated e for everyone at all times

And you should already know this in life

It doesn't matter who starts the fight you are accountable to the rules

woke up to the same thing. No notice. No email. Banned, or suspended for absolutely no reason. The console is an ark a server xbox and I don't even play on the console or haven't been online in weeks. I come on today to not even be able to sign in..CANCELLED
MY MICROSOFT SUBSCRIPTION AND REQUESTED MY FULL REFUND. MICROSOFT GET A LIFE! YOU WONDER WHY SONY IS WINNING... your the bottom of the barrel, get used to it. You'll be out of business in the gaming industry.

Acrually you did

Swearing is a violation of the terms of use

As an ambassador you should know this

You are supposed to conduct yourself professionally

And now your ambassadorship is at risk because you are supposed to have a clean record

Not to mention you should read your handbook

One 24hiurs bans don't get reviewed because as you should already know it takes more then 24hoirsnfor them to investigate and review via multiple teams again

Really as an ambassador you can't even read your handbook!

You know you are never given any information on suspension of other accounts that you report

2 you know better

Should anyways reports are not automatic and swearing is not allowed online or by ambassadors

Nor does not starting a fight make you immune to the rules

Common use common sense

It's the first line of the code of conduct

I got banned for a week and I have no idea why. I wasn't talking bad to anyone, I didn't leave a message of any sort and now I have a communication ban until next Wednesday. I can't even apply for a review. I'm not an ambassador, but hell, I wish I knew
what the hell I did.

Hello All

For one day bans there is no case review due to it only a one day ban. If anything longer than 1 day you then can do a case review and submit it.

Regular support doesn't handle enforcement issues. You'd have to check the enforcement site to see about submitting a case review. https://support.xbox.com/en-US/help/family-online-safety/enforcement/how-to-submit-a-case-review

A case review would only be available through the enforcement site. If it doesn't show any active suspensions, then you wouldn't be able to submit a case review.
