    hi all well it's happened again I've had an enforcement ban. But this time I can't play multiplayer games as well as send/receive messages. I was wondering can I get a refund for the weeks I'm not able to play mp? I've paid a full years of gold and I'm
    not receiving what I've paid for. I have had previous bans where I can't send receive messages which was ok I deserved a slap on the wrist but this time what I sent in a message wasn't as bad as previous times. I've had this account since the original Xbox
    and never had any bans until 2015 And I was vulgar as hell. So if anyone can give me an answer it will be much Appreciated. All this has seriously made me think about getting rid and jumping onto the ps4

    All this has seriously made me think about getting rid and jumping onto the ps4

    They instigate bans on PSN too. They're actually stricter, or rather the Scee affiliate was at the time... Infact their bans are daft, you can still access services but can't make purchases, kinda shot themselves in the foot there

    If it's to do with refunds or enforcement that can only be handled thru the website for enforcement at enforcement.xbox.com or account.Microsoft.com for refunds

    I said as a rule,i didn't say they never give refunds.

    Abusing getting refunds will draw your account to the attention of the enforcement team as well.

    You will only get a refund if the game is broken.
