Xbox enforcement bug. My xbox says im banned but the xbox enforcement page says im good

So it might be a temporary ban then atleast thats a relife. And it didint chancel my xbox live sub like it should do if its permanent

It appears there's an issue with enforcement page/action and it appears to be showing permanent bans in place of most other bans received and there's no way to confirm this as the page itself won't let Gamers login to check.

I know it isn't ideal but what I can advise is that you hold on a few days until the issue is resolved so you can sign in and check the true status of your account on the enforcement page. Unfortunately even support cannot assist with this as they are not privy to enforcement actions.

it says im not banned and it says no record history but when i try logging into my xbox and xbox.ca it says that im banned on my xbox and on xbox.ca it takes me to the enforcement page

much appreciated boss... i reached out to you guys and the specialist pretty much called me a liar and did nothing for me it says something about a console ban on my xbox now but nothing on the enforcement page im just over it.

on this site im listed as a good player but on my xbox it says avoid me, why cant the enforcment team just instantly fix my problem
