    Xbox Enforcement, broken, just cause i made a case review i got a 100 day comm suspension


    The day i got my comm suspension, i made a case review because i believed it was false when everyone, and i mean
    everyone talks trash on each other on xbox. So what did the enforcement team do? They gave me a
    100 day communication suspension because i made that case review, i would love for it to be removed cause at that point that is just suspension abuse, and suspended me for a longer duration because i wanted my voice to be heard through
    to the enforcement team. All i did was let them know my side of the story through the review but instead they decided no and to increase the duration to 100 days. Now that is just ridiculous of them to do. If there is any way to remove this suspension itd
    be great because this is just absurd. The enforcement team is broken.

    I'm out of case reviews, I need to post another one.

    I want to post an honest case review on the Xbox Enforcement website to label my cause for my suspension

    Doesnt really matter if everyone else does it

    Someone was offended by what you said and reported it

    Fyi trash talk is fine if it's clean

    It must be rated e for everyone

    And doesn't excuse your own behaviour

    Since they upheld it there is nothing you can do

    I don't think you know how suspensions work

    No they can't increased the suspension for filing a case review you should really read the FAQ it will clear all your myths

    It would've been for multiple offences that occurred previously but was found while they were investigating

    Remember you only serve one suspension at a time

    You serve any additional suspensions after the first expires

    Concerning the 2nd suspension you can case review it since it's a new suspension from a previous occurance at enforcement.xbox.com



    Multiple suspensions isn't a good thing either

    Remember they take into account your history too

    Too many suspensions can lead to a perm ban

    100 day comm ban

    Sorry to hear it. The PET are in sole charge of the enforcement program. If they reviewed your case and it was upheld then I'm afraid that nothing can be done. You'll need to wait out the enforcement on your account.
    thats the problem! at first I was only given a two week ban with no addition of a 100 day no comm period and in the case review reply I was told I would undergo a 100 day ban and was given no way of appealing it.

    Suspension Clarification Please

    The enforcement team do not use the forums.

    The only way to file for a case review is on the enforcement site
    here

    Suspension lengths are 24 hours,7 days,2 weeks & in some cases 100 days

    Sounds like yours is a 24 hour suspension & therefore not eligible for a case review.

    I am very disappointed. I have been banned unfairly from xbox live.

    Enforcement actions aren't limited to a certain time of the month so not sure why it's weird you got suspended at the end of the month.

    They don't just pick a random gamertag & give it a suspension.

    For 100 day suspension it's not your first offence.

    If you've filed for a case review & the decision was upheld then that's it.
