    Hi,

    Why does the enforcement team not have a phone number? I kill someone in PubG and they message and harass me continually. i message them back to call them a loser and block them. I now have a week ban but just cancelled my xboxlive membership and will issue
    a chargeback if I am not refunded. Silly to think that our 8 year relationship ends because you ban one of your most loyal customers and dont even have a contact number for them to dispute. Droves of people like me will be cancelling subscriptions if you keep
    handing them out undeservedly and not looking at both sides. You cant treat customers like this. Time to buy a ps4 and burn my xbox thanks microsoft.

    Since when does xbox give indefinite bans? No 3,5,7 or 3 week ban? Just we are banning you until further notice? Meanwhile the poster continues to pay for the service? Something doesnt seem right or we arent getting the full story.

    Cant you view the amount of complaints on your account on the enforcement website?

    Xbox Enforcement Ban

    Hi there,

    The enforcement team does not use the forums and only an Enforcement team member can respond to any enforcement action they issue.

    The only way to contact them in regards to any enforcement actions is through the case review process at
    https://enforcement.xbox.com/.

    Keep in mind PlayStation has similar policies, and no way to dispute a suspension.

    Also they dont need to look at both sides. The other players actions have nothing to do with your own suspension.

    The only thing that matters in your situation is whether you (not the other player) broke the code of conduct. The message you sent does break the code of conduct so looking at both sides would not make any difference because either way you are the one who
    broke the rules as well.

    If someone sends you an abusive message all you are allowed to do is block them and report the message. If you respond back in a way that violates the code of conduct then you broke the same rule the other person did and if you reported them they will be
    investigated and delt with as well.

    As stated previously PSN has the same rules and they are in fact stricter when it comes to enforcing them.

    Also as a warning you shouldnt do a chargeback. If you do then you can be banned for marketplace theft (these bans are generally permanent) and you will just be digging yourself into a deeper hole.

    was it a game ban or an actual Xbox live ban, if a game ban then you would need to contact 343, if a live ban then you need to go to the enforcement site to check as support are not allowed to handle enforcement issues.

    Chech https://enforcement.xbox.com for the ban-reason and ways to possibly lift the ban. The enforcement team usually doesn't ban people/consoles for no reason. Either someone reported you or the enforcement team noticed stuff.

    There's nothing about bans or any other enforcement actions we at xbox ambassadors can do.

    Xbox Enforcement wont ban you for something on a service that is not owned by Microsoft/Xbox.

    Your ban could be of something you did on Xbox awhile back. As it is not always enforced once the report comes in.
