Xbox Enforcement Appeal/Site Down

Hello, my account has recently had a communications ban for a day. The person who reported me threatened me, my friends, and insulted me vigorously. I had called him out on how much of a "butthole" he was being. I believe he reported that message, and
is now currently taunting me at how I cant talk. I have been currently been trying to appeal my ban, but as soon as I try to log in to the enforcement website it reloads the page without signing me in. I have tried on multiple devices, however it keeps kicking
me out as specified. I need help, as I believe the suspension was placed on the wrong person.

Its best not to use chrome or safari

Edge or firefox works best.for most sites

Fyi you cant appeal.24hour suspensions as the suspension would finish before you get a reply

It takes 24-48 hours for a case review as a new team has to look at the case

As the account was banned so long ago it wont show on the enforcement site as itwas banned before the enforcement site existed.

Even if it did you wouldn't be able to appeal it as you need to appeal any enforcement action within a year of it being issued.

10 years ago you would of had to appeal it on the old xbox forums.

There's no way to appeal the ban now so the account will remain banned.

The only place a ban can be appealed (if appealable) is on the Enforcement site as that is the only department that deals with them:

probably the reference to "Downs Syndrome" they take that pretty serious as there are a lot of gamers on the platform that may have disabilities. You can appeal this at the enforcement site, they may give more info.

If there's not an option to appeal on the enforcement site, then there is nothing that can be done. That is the only way to contact the enforcement team.
