    My son has been given a two week suspension. What he said does not warrant this length of suspension. It's very frustrating that there is no way to contact Enforcement nor any recourse for review. The enforcement page has the case review button but it
    doesn't work and the fine print below it states that there are no case reviews for xbox devices.

    Has anyone had any luck contacting enforcement or having a suspension lifted? I don't understand how a random player has the ability to ruin the experience for other players with no way to fix it. It's infuriating.

    Xbox support was no help and after stating that they would not pass my call up to a superior hung up on me. It doesn't say much for the company if that is how there customer support responds.

    Correct ... the intent is to discourage the behavior. It is the same as grounding a kid for a weekend, then a week, etc.

    To add, technically anyone can report a player for any reason, but the enforcement team does investigate every complaint and will only issue a suspension if they have determined something was done to violate the code of conduct.

    Suspension length can vary based on the severity of the situation, but also previous enforcement actions. So his 2 week suspension would most likely be due to him having prior enforcement actions on his account rather than what was actually done.

    I guessing the reason there isn't a direct way to contact the enforcement team is mostly likely to prevent harassment. If the suspension is 2 weeks, that usually means thats the 3rd suspension.

    First one is usually 24 hours.

    Seconds is 1 weeks.

    Third is 2 weeks.

    As stated, two week suspensions are based on either severity or multiple infractions/reports. If you check the reputation section of your profile you can get an idea of how many and the type of reports received.
