Xbox Enforcement and Xbox Live Subscription

My account has a communication ban until July 27th while my xbox live runs out in august. Its unfair that I pay for xbox live services only for them to be taken away due to a few comments disagreeing with a few people in Dark Souls 3. I believe my comments
were thrown out of proportion (The Original Posters thread was full of profanity.)

You raised the rates on xbox live prepaid cards to $30 every 3 months meaning that in one year period I pay $120. The reason Xbox Enforcement exists is because we pay for xbox live subscription.

Why should I keep subscribing when they can take away services like communications that we pay for?

I phone Xbox support and they tell me theres nothing they can do for my account even though you guys have access to it. I've tried contacting xbox enforcement and even did the repeal process which shouldn't even exist since they take 24 hours to tell
you it was for nothing.

 

Yes you pay for the service, but you also agree to the code of conduct/terms of service when you sign up. If you violate those rules, you can be suspended.

 

I've checked my enforcement page, it was only 3 comments I made in a thread disagreeing with a few people in dark souls 3 expecting people to "bow" before they engage in player vs player (PvP) which is not a rule.

So because I disagreed with these people, they can report my comments to xbox enforcement and I get banned due to having a differing opinion? I want to talk to Microsoft about that.

 

If someone harasses you online just report that person or block him from further abuse. Retaliating counts
as harassment and is subject to enforcement acts.

The enforcement team doesn't use the forums and we can't help you with suspension issues

It was redundant and Xbox Enforcement does not follow their principles they post on that website.

I want a refund on my 5 years of xbox live subscription. I get banned because I disagree with other players. What kind of garbage is that?

 

I phoned Xbox Enforcement. I pay for these services. I'm going to take this to court if I have too.

Considering the enforcement team do not have a phone number to contact them on you'll find it difficult to contact them by phone.

You agreed to the ToU/CoC,part of which is that you are not entitled to a refund for any gold subscription time you lose due to enforcement action on your account.

You will not be getting any money back.

Any report has to be investigated which takes time.Your 2nd suspension would be for something you did before your first suspension was issued.

If you are having trouble on the enforcement site try a different browser.

 

I've checked my enforcement history and nothing is showing up besides the reason for the communication ban. It says the reason for the suspension is :
