    I had Enforcement action taken toward my account today and just wanted to see if i could actually get some help with looking into it. its only a 24 hour ban but let me tell you I work most nights and days and I only get to play Xbox with my friends sometimes
    late at night. So pretty much last night me and my friends where 6 stacking in Overwatch but one of my friends DC before they game started so we where down one. The game had started so we decided hey lets invite the 6th random to the party. Long story short
    he didn't join. we lost the game so we are sitting in qeue sighing and I get a message from the 6th random person. basically he message me something i respond to him and we get into a little "keyboard war". I just wanna know how is this fair? not only can
    i not use chat in party and I cant even play any game on my day off i only play online games with my friends not really into solo playing but I've been a faithful Xbox live member for almost 7 years I never been banned before in my 7 years of using an Xbox.
    not only that but when i went to the enforcement site theirs no way to appeal 24 hour bans even with no evidence provided to why i was banned. Not only that the first time I tried to call customer support the women who I was taking to after giving me the
    "ring around" she put me on hold for atleast 20 mins to in the end just hangup on me. just wanted to play xbox on my day off now is this too much ask for

    While some Code of Conduct violations are immediately resolved, XBLPET also conducts reactive investigations. Many of these investigations are triggered by player complaints. The Code of Conduct has no statute of limitations, and
    users may be enforced upon at any time for past offenses.

    A player may be offline (or playing single player) at the time of the suspension, but his or her online status at that particular moment may have no bearing on the reason behind the enforcement. If you receive a suspension and are not sure why it occurred,
    please check the email sent to your Microsoft Account or view your
    Enforcement History     on enforcement.xbox.com.

    Unfortunately, this is not something I, or other users on these forums can help with.

    If you've been suspended from using certain features on the Xbox Network, the best thing to do is to sign in at [ https://enforcement.xbox.com ]. This is where you'll be able to see your account's standing, find more information on past and current enforcement actions, and possibly, submit a case review for your enforcement action.

    • To see more information on your enforcement action:

    - Select your account from the "Showing enforcements for" drop-down menu
    - Select your enforcement action.

    * If your enforcement action is eligible for a case review, you can select "Submit an appeal".

    • Please note that:

    - Submitting a case review is the only way to get an enforcement action lifted.
    - Not all enforcement actions qualify for a case review.
    - Permanent console bans can't be lifted.
    - Customer support is unable to assist you with bans or suspensions due to not having access to enforcement details.
