    Xbox Enforcement Action


    Is there anyway possible I can get my one and only Enforcement Action removed that I have committed years ago It was stupid and childish on my part that I did with the Xbox Gamerpic. I was just curious what kind of Badges I can put on my profile that's what I wanted to get into the Xbox Ambassador to add some badges into my profile.

    I'm sorry to hear you received an enforcement action.

    Unfortunately, this is not something I, or other users on these forums can help with.

    If you've been suspended from using certain features on the Xbox Network, the best thing to do is to sign in at [ https://enforcement.xbox.com ]. This is where you'll be able to see your account's standing, find more information on past and current enforcement actions, and possibly, submit a case review for your enforcement action.

    • To see more information on your enforcement action:

    - Select your account from the "Showing enforcements for" drop-down menu
    - Select your enforcement action.

    * If your enforcement action is eligible for a case review, you can select "Submit an appeal".

    • Please note that:

    - Submitting a case review is the only way to get an enforcement action lifted.
    - Not all enforcement actions qualify for a case review.
    - Permanent console bans can't be lifted.
    - Customer support is unable to assist you with bans or suspensions due to not having access to enforcement details.

    Unfortunately, the only way to have an enforcement action lifted is to submit a case appeal through the Xbox Enforcement website.

    If you've been banned/suspended from some features on Xbox, the best thing to do is to sign in at ( https://enforcement.xbox.com ), this is where you'll be able to see your account's standing, find more information on past and current enforcement actions, and possibly submit a case review for your enforcement action.
