Xbox Enforcement action taken (comment deleted)

Are you sure enforcement was taken on the account? It's possible the person removed the comment themselves. If you have reported the person, then enforcement will check, and if enforcement agree that the person has broken the TOS, then action will be taken on the account.

It's unlikely that such would happen (getting personal information) - Enforcement team doesn't read the forums, they act on reports through the proper process of reporting via the console or app. These reports are fully investigated and if necessary proper
enforcement action is taken either through suspensions or censure, something which the Enforcement team cannot comment on with a third party. It might not happen today or tomorrow, but if that sort of action has taken place it will come back to haunt them!

As long as you reported them, the enforcement team will investigate and take the appropriate action. It can take time for investigations so action won't be taken immediately and you won't always know when they have taken action. They occasionally send the thank you message, but they don't always send it. Even if you don't receive that, it doesn't mean they haven't done anything.

For party chat, you can report them through their profile and give more information in the comment box. The enforcement team has the tools they need to investigate it.
