    Hello.

    a week ago i received a supension, from the XBLPET with the reason "fraud"

    I have opened a file case, after a reponse from XBLPET XI, was it closed immediately.

    Right now i have a loot of proof`s that i`m innocent and that i have done nothing.

    I`m not able to answer again in the file case.

    I need help from XBLPET, i have contacted the support and this is the best option right now.

    So please help me out

    active enforcement action but a 24-hour enforcement action is not eligible for case review.

    Seriously, that's just stupid...

    Hey there, we understand the frustration. However, we're separate from the Xbox Enforcement Team and unable to speculate on your enforcement action. You can view more info about any active enforcement action but a 24-hour

    Xbox enforcement action (case: 1411700981)

    if you mean marketplace fraud?

    Then they don't need any proof from you

    Assuming two things

    First were you compromised ? If so did you tell support and had the chaeges reversed by your bank rather then support if so then it's correct

    You should always wait for global escalations team to return the money or too many refunds will result in a marketplace suspension

  5. I never did a refund thats the whole problem, check everything i never ask for a refund because most of the times i purchase games on disk.

    The Xbox Enforcement Team does no monitor these forums. They (xbox enforcement team) can see every purchase that was made on the account as well as refunds. For things like claiming you didn't receive in game currency for a game, when you did and you were
    able to talk a support agent out of a refund. Or maybe redeeming codes from an unauthorized retailer or source or purchase that were made with a credit card and then charged back.

    Xbox support will not have that info on the reason why the Xbox Enforcement Team did what they did.

    The Enforcement Team would have had to complete a review and to have found a pattern somewhere to justify this action.

    The support incident you posted was from Xbox Support. The Xbox Enforcement Team does not provide you with a support incident number.

    No one here on the Xbox Forums or at Xbox Support can provide the reason or proof why you were banned.

    No one here on the Xbox Forums or at Xbox Support can change the state of ANY suspension or ban.

    which is why you never listen to them for enforcement

    One the suspension msg tells you everything you need to know

    Forums nor customer support are for enforcement issues

    Only one place for it and it's https://enforcement.xbox.com

    And you only get one chance and since you already tried you got denied rightfully so as mentioned

    Unfortunately support is known for giving incorrect information when it comes to something they don't handle directly. The enforcement team has not used the forums for a couple of years. The enforcement site is the only place to find information about suspensions
    and to possibly submit a case review.
