    Xbox Enforcement: Account suspension?


    So this morning i got an email saying there was an enforcement action taken against my account. Email said i can go to that website to look for my enforcement history for details.

    and i checked back then. None.

    then i tried to log myself on my Series X. Console said i was suspended. It didnt say how long or why.

    i checked that enforcement history website. NONE. still.

    Contacted someone at Xbox support and a nice guy said it may be due to my online actions at multiplayer gaming or else. hilariously i NEVER, yeah i mean NEVER, for once i played online multiplayer games. i just dont have that time for this kind of games.

    20 seconds ago i checked the enforcement history. NONE. still.

    And i cannot play my purchased games. my Ultimate membership apparently includes these kind of times. time is ticking and i cannot play. NICE.

    i dont believe i did anything wrong to get suspended (actually i DID nothing recently on my xbox becasue i was busy playing God of War). that someone said it could be my actions back in years, but i can assure everybody that i have NEVER played multiplayer games and i have been nice to everyone on my contact list or messages. if Xbox said i did something, i am happy to receive these logs/evidences/records in public. if they dont have that kind of records and suspended me... then i guess some formal sort of explanation has to be warranted.

    Please reply or follow if you engage these kind of suspension too. Let me know that i am not alone in this.

    Microsoft Support Personnel: you can also comment here. i would like to see how things goes. and for ANY minute that i am treated wrongly, i need some explanation and compensation about it.

    Hello JAKOBEBEANBRYANT,

    I understand you are experiencing an issue with an account suspension. In order to address a suspension, it must be done on the Enforcement website. We on the Xbox Forums are unable to retract, dispute, or enforce suspensions.

    Sorry to hear that you're having issues with your suspension, unfortunately we cannot assist you with this matter as suspensions are dealt with by the Enforcement Team, and they do not monitor these forums. I would recommend you visit the Enforcement site
    (http://enforcement.xbox.com/) to view the status of your suspension.

    If it does indeed show that your suspension has been lifted then feel free to post on the console-specfic Enforcement Forums:

    The Enforcement team do not monitor these forums. Please visit the
    Enforcement Website     and sign in with the suspended account, where you will then be able to view the reason and duration of your suspension.

    Unclear about comm ban length.

    I was replying to this and I quote "Permanent suspension impact: This account can no longer sign in to Xbox Live from any device. This enforcement affects the account's Xbox Live privileges"this is an account suspension. if you had an account suspension
    you would havn't be able to sign in.
