    GingaNinja1095 sent my friend Trapped Paradox a message saying reported and right after that he was banned for 2 days we have a suspicious thought that he is a part of or knows someone that has power to banned people from communicating and from playing.
    My friend didn't want to join GingaNinja and company's party but they spammed him and when he joined they started talking very rudely to him saying words like "fa**ot and ******r asking him why he didn't join the party" my friend said. I don't want my friend
    to get fasley reported. My friend however did retaliate and teamkilled after they continued to harass and spam him so please if there is any way to stop this from happening again.

    If you haven't done so already, you would need to file a complaint on them via the console in order for the enforcement team to investigation them. Calling out other gamers is not allowed on the forums.

    Naming and shaming isn't allowed on the forums.

    Use the report function on your console instead.

    A ban isn't issued directly after a report so your friend must have done something a while ago.

    Yep,age ratings on a game do not apply to the online side of it,something you are told when you go online with every game that has online multiplayer.

    An age rating only applies to the single player content & it means that someone under that age can't buy the game,it does not mean they can not play the game.

    Everything you do on xbox live must be rated E for everyone not matter the age rating on the game.

    The ESRB rating of a game does not matter, nor is it enforced (that rating system only serves as a suggestion).

    Xbox Enforcement does in fact review message history, and they will issue consequences on whoever sends a message with content that violates the Code of Conduct.

    That person most likely wasn't an employee and if they were, they wouldn't have been an enforcement agent. You would have received a suspension because someone reported you and the enforcement team (who doesn't use the forums) would have suspended you for doing something to violate the code of conduct. You would have to go to http://enforcement.xbox.com for more information.
