    Keep in mind no one on the forums or through Xbox Support can help with Enforcement Actions at all. We can only tell you where to go.

    While Xbox Support cannot help you with Enforcement Actions, at the bottom of the 'contact us' page for Xbox Support... there is a complaint/feedback box you can click on if you have actual grievances to submit: https://beta.support.xbox.com/contact-us

    You should see also the Xbox Community Standards, it should act as a guideline for proper online behavior on Xbox Live in the future.     Hey, enforcement has no contact. The only way to get hold of them is through a case review which can be sent through enforcement.xbox.com.

    Note:

    - Case reviews are only available if the suspension is 24 hours or more.

    - Enforcement go through all cases manually and if you break the Community Standards which you agree to follow they have to suspend you.

    Be aware of what you put in your bio etc as it all falls under the Code of Conduct. Keep it about interests and don't put too many bits of personal information in it that could be ised for malicious purposes.

    case reviews are pointless. They will NEVER change their minds, no matter what evidence you have. I use my ps4 more than my Xbox one because of the malicious behavior of the enforcement team.

    I understand what you mean but I disagree, I have received enforcement actions before, some feel justified others didn't, but that's just a perspective from my side so it's not valid.

    Xbox live it's not about a few on the community, but about all users, and you never know who is in the other side of your games, so enforcement takes care that is safer for everyone

    Just because something isn’t explicitly listed in the Community Standards for Xbox doesn’t mean it’s okay to do.
