    Xbox Endorcement Team is a joke.


    Since when did Xbox Live become a safe place where players can’t communicate and talk sh** to each other without one being reported and being banned from Xbox live week or months at a time..? I find it a joke. I send one message
    ONE message and I get banned for an entire week. I find it funny that this guy happened to be in a party chat of 12 people who probably all reported me and then xbox just ends my membership for an entire week? I’ve had xbox since the original Xbox and have
    never had this issue. Let’s make xbox live safe for 12 year olds!! No. Make it so they can’t even message or report.

    IIt doesn't matter what support says they have no say in enforcement matters

    words    , and intellectual property. Obscenity is not a protected right you should actually get that right

    Also should be noted recorded conversations without two person consent is a violation of the law

    All twelve people in the party reporting you will not result in a ban - the system is not automated. Any mass reports would be disregarded. It only takes
    one valid report for an account to be suspended. This report would have to be regarding a breach of the Code of Conduct on your part. When you signed up for Live, you agreed to abide by its terms.
