Xbox "ended" my Halo Disc.

Hello! I am Pedro and I play as . You all can see that I am a very long time player and lover of First Person Shooter games. Often I tried to play my Halo 5: Guardians and it was not working. The game do not install or start to play. I saw then there was
a mark (like a risk more or less) in the Blu-ray. It was my Xbox One, I am always carefully with my consoles and games, because I like it very much and collect then. It is very expensive in Brazil, where I live.

So I tried to get some help in the official Xbox support on Twitter, I showed some pictures of the damage in the disc and they tried to help me sendind me the "game disc exchange" (it has been more than 90 days so it does not work) and clean the CD, configure
some stuff in the console and another things. I follow EVERY SINGLE item of those lists. I am pretty sure it's my Xbox and not the CD fault but I can not buy other console. Can I get the digital version of the game or another copy? I can give more info if
ask me. I just want that someone hear and help, please.

Fall Update Beta Question???

i liked the beta they did awhile back that was on disc. i about flipped when i got the disc and put it in and it was halo reach. that was cool to bad once it ended and you updated the disc no longer worked but still a cool way to do it

 

MY original xbox 360 will not play my original xbox games why

I believe that xbox ended support for xbox original games in 2011 expect halo combat evo and halo custom edition.

 

Sorry to hear your disc is scratched. Unfortunately no one can provide a free copy to you. If you would like to continue playing the game you'll need to either purchase a new disc or digital copy.
