So i purchased constructor a new game on the xbox one store it was a hd version of an old game costing me £31.99 anyway the game doesn't work and has been removed from the store in my case i paid with a gift card so you can not refund to the card i don't
trust idiot's with my credentials including xbox, Anyway i need xbox supports email so i can ask for a refund sent to my paypal, And before any xbox fanboy tries to make sense of it yes it is theft if i do not get what i paid for so i can easily take it further,
Alsoi have an entire community ready to report Microsoft and Xbox for fraud which will be reported regardless of refunds and as a developer my self Xbox should be ashamed of how they do business i would never be caught dead releasing a game on there trash
console.

I am sure whatever they give will be linked to the Xbox account message system.

I had that problem with using an old email. I switched the email through windows live. It took like 30 days to do that though. At least I get the emails now.

As a rule there are no refunds on digital purchases which it clearly tells you when you go to buy something from the store.

But if a game is broken then usually they will refund you the money.Not sure how you think Microsoft or Xbox have committed fraud.

If the developers have released a broken game then you should be complaining to them.
