Hi, i write because i had a problem with my login on my xbox today, so i tried to search online for a sollution and i found a guy that said if i remove my account on the xbox and then add it agian, i would be able to login, but when i removed it, i dident
realize i forgot the login email so now i cant login.

the nickname of the account is [mod removed]

and the password is [mod removed]

and the first game on the account was dark souls 3 bought the 13 april of 2016

Ich habe nämlich keinen zugriff auf meine derzeitige Email Adresse.

If by that you mean you want to change the primary email on your account (In other words, the email you log in with and receive emails with), there is a guide here that walks you through the process:

You would need to contact support. As long as you can verify you are the owner of the account, they can get you the email. 1-800-4my-xbox if you're in the US/Canada or http;//support.xbox.com/contact-us

You should never post personal information, like your password, on a public forum.

i cant contact them that is why i tried to contact someone here, i cant call them the number dosent exist and i cant contact them on the webside

when i try contact, i cant fill my first name or last name, and therefore not submit a request to talk with support

Check http://account.live.com to make sure your info is filled in correctly. That should aotofill the fields.

If not, you'll need to contact phone support. Ifyou'te not in the US/Canada, what region are you in and I can get you the numbet

When you try to contact Chat Support, you can use any other Microsoft Account to start a chat and just ask the representative to pull up the Xbox Live Account you have a concern with using the gamertag: Purebutter1337

As long as you're able to verify the account, they should be able to provide you the email address you're using for that account.
