Xbox Elite Wireless Series 2 Controller Warranty Repair

Hi,
I'm trying to get an Xbox Elite Wireless Series 2 Controller Repaired thats In warranty.

But when the site askes me to "Select shipping address to see available service options"

It then says,

"Deliveries can’t be made to PO boxes, parcel lockers, or locked bag addresses."

I do not have a PO Box, i've tried changing the address, changed browsers and i'm still getting the issue.

I've had Microsoft call me,

Call 1 They hang up
Call 2 Nobody talks
Call 3 They said they couldn't hear me
Call 4 You've reached your daily callback limit, call back on the next business day.

How am i suppost to get this controller fixed?
