    Xbox Elite Wireless Controller Series 2 - Broken Again.


    Hi,

    My Xbox Elite Wireless Controller Series 2 had to be sent off to be repaired/replaced at the end of 2021 for bumper issues.

    Five months later and the same issue has happened again but I now have to pay for it to be fixed? This is a complete joke considering the controller costs £150.

    Is there any way of contacting Xbox/Microsoft to speak to an actual person about this?
