    Xbox elite v2 disconnecting from pc


    Xbox elite v2 keeps disconnecting from my PC wired or wireless using the xbox pc adapter when pushing in the right analog stick .

    controller is updated to the latest firmware , any suggestions on a fix the controller is less than a month old

    Hi there MeGaX welcome to the community forum! Christopher here, an Xbox fan just like you and has been on Xbox for years already. I would really love to make your day by helping you out. I suggest uninstalling the accessories app completely! Everytime that it tried to give me a hard time I do this and it works wonders! Here are the steps!

    If your controller model is 1708 and 1797 (elite v2),

    you can use bluetooth connect the pc / mobile phone.

    1537, 1697, 1698 (elite) is not support bluetooth.

    Hello ChaChang,

    Thank you for posting here on the Xbox forums. I understand you are having issues with the elite controller V2 staying connected via Bluetooth and hard-wire. Do you have other controllers you can test out on your Pc to see if the issue is specific to the
    elite controller? If you don't have another controller, would you be able to test out the elite on a different Pc?
