Xbox Elite support (can't connect to chat support)

Hello,

I have an issue with my Xbox Elite controller and would like a replacement.

I had a similar issue with the regular Xbox One controller and was able to talk to someone in the live chat but now for some reason I can't connect to the chat.

The required fields are grayed out so I can't enter my name. (see this pic : http://i.imgur.com/qSxTuHL.png)

I guess you could try asking on the chat support. They don't always know what they are doing sadly but you get connected quickly.

 

How to contact support via email?

Support will only email you when it's an escalated issue that needs to be transferred to a different department of support.

You can contact Support via Phone ,Chat or Twitter. If for some reason the chat wouldn't connect or you can't see anyone typing, try again with a different browser

You can do it online.

Go to the bottom and click repair and service centre.

I also tried this page, but when I enter the serial number (which is 14 digits right ?) it says :

"The product type does not match with the serial number provided." (I selected XBOX as the Product Family Type)

 

You can also ring support or at the same place as setting up an online job, request a call back. You can give them the details and serial number over the phone and they can set up a warranty work job for you.

 

Had to make a new microsoft account.
