    Xbox elite series 2 standard exchange.


    I sent my elite series 2 off for stick drift and my replacement arrived with a faulty left stick. Huge deadzone and wouldn't always return to centre.

    Resent it back off and DHL says it was delivered on the 25th of may. Yet it didn't show that on my account.

    Rang up Microsoft support and they said they'd not received it but would look in to it and email me within 72hours. Got me email and and apparently due to lack of inventory theres a delay on my replacement? Does this sound like a legit reason or am i being
    fobbed off. Got my controller in march and I've barely used it. Bit peed off

    Just get an exchange. Actually I wouldn‘t buy another one, the Elite 2 series seems to be pretty buggy. Stick with the Elite 1
