xbox elite series 2 sent out for warranty

i recently received my Xbox elite series 2 controller back from warranty today and when i sent it out for warranty i sent all the original accessories and box with the charge doc and when I received it today they only sent back the controller with no accessories and no box and charging doc.

When you send a controller in, you're only supposed to send the controller. Anything else you send in is not guaranteed to be returned. When setting up the replacement, you should have been given a link to instructions on how to package it for shipping which notes this. https://support.xbox.com/en-US/help...nty-service/packing-and-shipping-instructions

You can try contacting support to see if there is anything they can do, but there's no guarantee they'll be able to send it all back.

Can we get ahold someone who can answer this for certain? I am also having an issue with my right thumbstick and this is a very expensive, and DIFFERENT product from a normal Elite Series 2 controller. If Microsoft/Xbox can't warranty the specific sku, then why is there even a warranty in the box at all? If they were to send a regular Elite Series 2 back after a Halo Infinite version is sent in, then they would be performing a scam--not a warranty service.
