    Xbox Elite Series 2 Replacement


    My LB on my elite series 2 controller has stopped working so i went to try and request a replacement. I went through all the necessary steps: putting in the serial number etc. But when i tried clicking on 'Submit' to get my replacement i got the message
    'We're sorry, but something went wrong on our end. Please try again later'. I've tried many times even waiting a few days but it still doesn't work. I can't request a call since it's not available for this problem. Is there anything I can do to fix this?

    Warranties cover a like for like replacement if required under that warranty so as far as I know, yes, if you send an Elite series 2 in for replacement you will receive an Elite series 2 back.

    Each Elite controller series 2 comes with 1 set of paddles. You can order replacement paddles, thumbsticks etc.

    Series 1 paddles, thumbsticks is not compatible with series 2.

    Yes, unfortunately some people have been reporting issues with elite series 2. Mine has been amazing. Xbox has been good with issuing replacements.
